    10,000+ Clinical Hours
    400+ 5 Star Reviews

I founded KS Sports Therapy in 2015 with one clear mission: help people fix their injuries and teach them to stay pain free for good. That's the heart of our motto: "Get Fixed, STAY FIXED!".

Over the past decade, I've completed 10,000+ clinical hours and received 400+ 5-Star Reviews. My approach blends high-quality, evidence-based treatment with easy-to-understand education, so you not only recover from injury, but return stronger and more confident than before.

I don't just treat the issue – I teach you how to prevent it from coming back.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients including:

    • Hall of Fame & World Champion athletes
    • Olympians
    • Amputees
    • Recreational gym-goers
    • Desk workers and everyday members of the public
    • Plymouth Argyle Football Club

Many of my patients who were previously told to "just have to live with it" have gone on to return to full activity, achieve new personal bests, and in some cases avoid having to undergo surgery following structured rehabilitation.

In 2015, I graduated university with First Class Honours and was awarded the Graybrook Prize for achieving the highest national grade across all BASRaT Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation degrees in England that year.

Having personally experienced long-term injury myself, I understand the physical and psychological barriers that can hold people back. As someone who has competed in high-level sport and still trains regularly, I understand both the demands of performance and the reality of injury. My focus isn't just to reduce your pain, it's to rebuild your strength, confidence and resilience for the long term.

If you're ready to stop managing pain and start fixing it, I'd love to help!
